Machine base and the ground base are connected with screw rods to ensure the stability of the machine and minimize the vibration. The machine base and cover are connected with 4 guiding posts to ensure the stability of the vacuum cover. With the motors and controlled by 4 oil cylinders, the press head is moving vertically but not other direction. According to different products, the pressing frequency, time, vibrating amplitude and vibrating force can be adjusted. A mold design is introduced into this machine, and it's widely applied in multiple layers oven and cooling line.

This machine consists of Press machine,vibrating system, hydraulic system, automatic control system and belt conveyor system.

-Press machine:machine base, vacuum cover, press head, guide post and oil cylinder.

-Vibrating system:8 vibrating motor(VVVF), provides 960KN maximum exciting force, highest frequency 50Hz.

-Control system:10 inches touch screen, auto and manual are available. Vibrating time can be set according to the thickness and different design of the quartz slab. General vibrating time is 2 to 4 minutes.
